- Quality Control of all materials is carried out by qualified technicians. For each new part, inspection criterion is set by R & D and necessary training is imparted to the technicians.
- Line quality inspection is done every hour to ensure consistent quality is being produced.
- QA laboratory carries out detailed quality check and performance inspection on a randomly picked sample.
- PDI done every week at warehouses on random basis to investigate for any transit damage to the final products.
